The city also permeates the building at different heights taking advantage of Quito′s topography and the building is totally open at street level to the quiet residential neighbourhood, changing the relationship with its surroundings as it rises to eventually reach out to the great city scape limited by the Andes.两座绿树成荫的庭院为地面提供了人性化，阴凉和高质量的公共空间。树木为大型露台庭院提供了相同的品质和特性，这些庭院是为喜爱绿植居住者而设计的。 The two tree lined courtyards provide scale, shade, and quality public spaces at ground level.
