text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">二、中华人民**国境内符合以下要求的自然人、法人及其他组织，除法律、法规另有规定外均可申请竞买。申请人可以单独申请竞买，也可以联合申请竞买，联合申请竞买必须向交易中心提供联合竞买协议，并在协议中明确受让人的同时，联合竞买各方均需办理数字证书方可参加联合申请竞买。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">银地(G)[****]-**号宗地属房地产开发用地，参加竞买的申请人须具有房地产开发企业资质，自治区外注册的房地产开发企业须具有一级房地产开发企业资质，且在自治区建设行政主管部门备案。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">有欠缴土地出让金、闲置土地、违反合同约定开发建设等不良行为的用地者不得参加竞买。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">三、本次国有建设用地使用权出让按照价高者得原则确定竞得人。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">本次国有建设用地使用权出让在互联网上交易，即通过交易系统进行。凡办理数字证书、符合竞买资格、按要求足额缴纳竞买保证金的竞买人，均可参加网上交易活动。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">四、本次出让地块的详细资料和具体要求详见出让文件。申请人可于公告发布之日起登录交易系统<a href="https://nxys.nxggzyjy.org" target="_blank">https://nxys.nxggzyjy.org</a>查阅下载，并按照出让文件规定的操作程序参加竞买。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">五、注意事项</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;">*.竞买申请人购地资金（包括竞买保证金、定金及土地出让金）不得为借款、贷款、担保、信托资金、资本*场融资、资管计划配资、保险资金等违规资金，不得直接或间接使用金融机构各类融资资金，不得使用房地产产业链关联企业借款或预付款，不得使用其他自然人、法人、非法人组织的借款，不得使用参与竞买企业控制的非房地产企业融资等，并对上述要求作出书面承诺。（具体承诺模板登录交易系统http://nxys.nxggzyjy.org查阅下载）。*.竞买申请人及其控股的各个公司不得同时申请该宗地，并书面承诺其关联控股的各个公司未参加本次交易。*.交易结束后，***自然**局对竞买人资质和竞得人提交的资金承诺书及其相关资料组织查验，由***金融主管部门对竞得人的资金来源进行审查，并出具审查意见。同时，由****场监督管理局对参与竞买人的资质进行审查并出具审查意见。如查验发现，竞得人提供虚假信息、文件或隐瞒事实的，由出让人取消其竞得资格，并承担相应的法律责任。*.该宗用地竞得人付清地价款后**日内由***自然**局向竞得人交付土地；涉及地上、地下未知管线迁移及建筑垃圾和土方清运工作由竞得人自行解决，费用由竞得人承担。*.考虑到该用地位于阅海**侧，项目设计方案需充分考虑通风廊道，观景廊道要求。由于该项目周边配建有公配幼儿园，该小区不单独配建幼儿园。相关要求以《***人民政府办公室关于印发***促进*岁以下婴幼儿照护服务高质量发展实施意见的通知》（银政办发〔****〕***号）为准。若企业提出申请，相关指标可按《***住房和城乡建设局等**部门关于印发的通知》执行。*.为完善拟挂牌用地周边景观环境，结合政府资**排情况，拟挂牌用地西侧及南侧约**亩（以最终勘测定界面积为准）绿化项目由竞得人进行立项，***自然**局按程序完成农用地转用报批后，按照无偿划拨方式为竞得人办理项目用地手续，并由竞得人出资、按照***林草和园林管理局要求实施建设，建设完成后无偿移交***林草和园林管理局。其中拟挂牌用地西侧约**亩用地用于实施小微公园项目，每平方米造价不得低于***元；拟挂牌用地南侧约**亩用地用于实施景观林带项目，每平方米造价不得低于***元。项目方案应由***水务局及***林草和园林管理局审核后实施建设。*.剩余价款于****年**月**日前缴清（其余具体事项按合同约定执行）。 *.成交价款不包含其他行政规费（税）。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
