项目编号：FA*********** 公告标题： 资格审查资料要求补遗 公告内容： 请按招标公告要求提交资格审查外，还需提供我司用户要求新增的资格审查资料（请按照如下要求提供中英文对照版资料） ZPMC is required to proceed with preselection and prequalification based on an approval package that includes at least the documents listed below: Company Profile, including years of experience and organizational structure List of fabrication equipment and machinery List of key personnel with CVs (fabrication, welding, QA/QC) ISO Certifications Welding Certifications: WPS, PQR, WQR QA/QC Manual and procedures Standard Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Details of NDT capabilities and methods Material traceability procedures List of similar completed projects and client references Production capacity (annual tonnage) Photos & videos of the shop. ZPMC must submit the approval packages of the selected/prequalified manufacturers and Prequalification report in accordance with the requirements of the contractual scope.
